For thousands of years traditional medicines have been used throughout the world. These traditional and natural therapies were once the first and only medicines and healthcare available.
Ancient practitioners became experts in whole health and wellbeing, and provided evidence based natural health care through generations, that was effective, safe and meaningful. Some traditional medicines are able to prevent disease, provide optimal health and wellbeing and relief of symptoms by treating the whole person and root cause of disease.
Today, many are complementary to modern medicine – that is, you can use them alongside your doctor’s recommendations to optimise your results.
Using natural therapies may:
- Reduce the load of stressors that can overwhelm and damage the body
- Improve the body’s defence mechanisms, boosting the body’s natural healing process
- Provide support to overworked and ailing organs
At That Fleurieu Feeling, our goal is to understand what your individual body needs, then help it through the process of healing and restoring balance.
The natural therapies we have on offer have many applications.
The care we provide is highly individualised, tailored to your specific needs and goals.
We want to help you identify the underlying cause of your problem, not simply treat the symptoms. We will work with you through your physical, emotional, spiritual and structural elements to help you regain control of your health.
Our methods are gentle and non-invasive, making it suitable for all ages from infants to the elderly, and for sensitive people.
We are here to help you regain your health, your energy and vitality – to achieve your best life.

I was first introduced to a Bioresonance Practitioner when my daughter was three weeks old, although I didn’t know it at the time.
I had suspected for some time that I had some issues with food, so I visited a Functional Medicine Practitioner, highly recommended by a friend. The practitioner helped to identify foods causing stress to my body through a non-invasive method. I was a little sceptical with the results however, without a doubt every time I had wheat or caffeine my symptoms returned.
A few years later, my daughter was suffering from a variety of health concerns. She experienced gut and digestive issues, multiple allergies and intolerances, severe eczema, staphylococcal aureus colonisation, skin infections and constant sleep disturbance.
Many of these symptoms had persisted for most of her young life. It not only affected her physically, but also impacted on everyone in the household – emotionally, physically, socially and financially. It truly was debilitating and heartbreaking.
I tried to address the concerns using modern medicine, including numerous specialists. But this approach resulted in no real results, support or understanding.
I was not comfortable with the continued use of quick fixes, such as pharmaceuticals. These would treat the symptoms briefly by placing toxins in or on the body, but could lead to short and long term side effects. Exposing my daughter’s body to toxins and causing further stress to it was not rational, nor was it improving her quality of life.
I was determined to get to the root cause of the problems. Our diet was already very healthy, however I began nourishing our bodies with nutrient-rich, low-inflammatory, gut-friendly food. I also sought complementary health advice for my daughter, including Homeopathy, Naturopathy and Kinesiology.
There were some improvements and tremendous love and support from these natural health practitioners. However, it was not quite enough. The Naturopath and Kinesiologist both suggested a Bioresonance Practitioner.
My daughter and I have not looked back since, our lives completely turned around. Things began to improve after seeking support from the Bioresonance Practitioner. Within ten months, my daughter was free of the many constraints of her chronic health condition and we were finally able to get a good night’s sleep.
My daughter continues to thrive alongside her friends. My new friends cannot believe the hell we went through, nor how bad her skin really was. Aside from some scars her skin is now the epitome of good health, fresh, smooth and glowing.
Our journey led me to becoming a qualified Bioresonance Practitioner. I have always loved to help others in any manner I can. As painful and horrific as our experience was, I feel this is where I am destined to be – I love my job. Both my daughter’s and my own journeys have gifted me with a deeper acknowledgement of health trauma, and I use this to assist my clients through their journey.
